Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully
Please note that payment for services also implies full agreement with these Terms and Conditions.
All bookings are non-transferable.
Payment is required in full to attend any classes/workshops. To ensure you are guaranteed a space it is advisable to pay by BACS. Payment must be made within 48 hours of reserving a space or we reserve the right to open the space to another client. It is the clients responsibility to ensure they arrive at the right venue and before the start of the training session. Each session will start at the advertised time.
Payment by bank transfer is required within 48 hours of reserving a place within our group training classes, booking a 1-2-1 appointment or training support session, unless otherwise agreed. Once payment has been made, it is nonrefundable. Occasionally, where a client is unable to take up their reserved place on a course, their credit may be transferred to another suitable class/service; this is at the sole discretion of 4Paws and will be dependent on us having another client to fill your place. We are unable to offer any refunds on missed group sessions but you will be sent the recap email for every session of the course for which you have paid, whether you attended or not. With less than 1 week’s notice, no refunds will be given (except for any travel charges paid but not incurred) and a new session will need to be booked. In exceptional circumstances, a partial refund or re-arrangement for a One to One session cancelled with notice of between 1 week and 48 hours may be made, at the sole discretion of 4Paws.
We limit the number of dogs in each class/workshop to ensure we can provide you with the best service possible.
You must not knowingly book a dog that shows aggression or nervousness on a training class/workshop. We reserve the right to ask you to leave if your dog shows any of these behaviours. If you book knowing these issues we cannot offer a refund. Please contact us if you are not sure if your dog will be suited to this environment on email@example.com
We are unable to refund fees once training has commenced, Partial refunds for classes missed are not given. Please notify us if you will be missing a class. Unfortunately we are unable to offer catch up session but we will try our best to ensure you can get caught up in the following class.
Suitability for Class Environment [Not applicable to Training Support Sessions or ‘One to One’ Training]:
Some dogs are not suited to a class environment due to over-arousal, fear, anxiety etc (this is not the same as a young puppy who is new to socialisation and is just a bit nervous!). Dogs which are known to bark, snap or lunge towards other dogs or people within a distance of less than 5ft will not be best placed in a class environment; it is simply not fair on the dog or the other attendees. If your dog is not suited to the class training environment now, we may be able to offer alternative solutions, such as one to one training sessions. If a dog is deemed by the trainer to be particularly stressed or reactive, despite the efforts of the owner and/ or trainer, the owner will be asked to remove the dog from the class (for that session or the rest of the course), in the best interests of both the dog and the others attending. Therefore, if you are unsure how your dog will respond to a class/ group environment, or have any concerns, you should discuss this with us before booking on to a course; refunds for course fees will not be given.
Any instances of accident or injury must be reported to the trainer at the time they occurred. A first aid kit is available at training classes and carried by all staff during one-to-ones and training support sessions. All dogs must remain on lead and kept away from contact with other dogs unless specifically instructed by the trainer (eg. offlead play). Flexi leads (extending leads) are not permitted in class, to avoid injury.
When arriving at class please do not enter the training area until instructed by one of your trainers. Please avoid on lead meets with the dogs, Not all dogs like to be near other dogs while restrained and may react. We will mark out zones for your dog during training please ensure you stay within this zone. Please allow plenty of room around doorways for dogs to come and go. Please do not allow dogs to play together outside of the training area this can cause excitement and a lack of attention during the training.
A toilet break before each session will ensure your puppy is empty and comfortable. Please bring bags to clean up after your dogs if they toilet around the farm or in the training area.
What To Wear:
Our training takes place indoors on a working farm so we suggest boots/trainers for footwear the conditions to enter the barn might not be the best under foot. Sometimes you may be down low with your dog so appropriate attire is recommended.
Welfare & Safety:
Please keep to the training arena while on the premises. All dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. You are responsible for the conduct of your dog at all times. Dogs in class must not lunge or bark at other dogs present.

Cancellations for a course that has been paid for requires 1 week notice. Course fees will not be refunded within 1 weeks notice of the courses starting. Any refunds will incur a £20 administration fee. No refunds can be given for non-attendance to a course.
The landlord of our venue could at short notice cancel our use of the arena. Should this occur you will be notified as soon as possible. Insufficient numbers booked on a course may result in the course being postponed or cancelled, in this instance you will be notified of future course dates. If this is not acceptable a full refund will be given.
Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time before the start of the training session. Late comers can be disruptive to the others in the class. If you are running late if you can advise us when you have arrived by text we will try to find an appropriate time in the class to allow you to join. Some classes and workshops we will be unable to allow access once started.
